This Chatpata Paneer was an accidental try and I was all send to make Jhatpat Paneer Makhani but then in between thought to give a little twist and there I was with my Chatpata Paneer. So initially like any other new experiment I was unsure and tried it first with my son who offcourse gave a go ahead to this Chatpata Paneer. That did boost my confidence to serve it for dinner and then it turned out to be good enough to be blogged here.
So this Chatpata Paneer turned out to one of those recipes where once its a hit you regret of not noting down the ingredients . So I sat down to write here and recollect all what I added so you don't miss the taste of Chatpata Paneer when you are set to create this magic. Trust me it would go well with Dal Makhni or even Panchratni daal and some Carrot Raita along with Naan.
