Pizza Idli was one of my favorite twists and it worked wonders. My family loved it and then they kept asking me to repeat my experiment of Pizza Idli. So the idea of Pizza Idli came when my son wanted to eat pasta and I was after making him eat healthy. Then I gave a twist to him in form of Pizza Idli. I never expected this to turn out so well but he ate it only to ask for more.
In evening my better half found it tastier than the usual idli and healthier than pizza so that just made the experiment of Pizza Idli successful.So what are you waiting for, lets get going for Pizza Idli.

Ingredients
- Idli batter: 3 cups
- Onion: 1 chopped
- Capsicum:1 chopped
- Corn: 2 tbsp boiled
- Garlic: 1 tbsp chopped
- Ketchup: 2 tbsp
- Olive oil: 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese: 2 tbsp grated
- Black pepper: ½ tsp
- Oregano seasonings: ½ tsp
- Red chilli flakes: ½ tsp
- Salt: as per taste
Instructions
- Take a pan and sauté garlic and onions.
- Add capsicum, corns and cook with salt, oregano, ketchup and cheese.
- Now put on the steamer and on grease the idle stand.
- Pour 1 tsp of batter and then the vegetable mixture and then top it up with the batter again.
- Steam it for 10 mins and let it cool.
- Now take a baking tray and spread the idli and then the grated cheese and bake it for 1-2 mins and serve hot
