I prepared spicy idli on one of the days when I wanted to use the left over idli batter but still didn’t wanted to have the same old idli. That’s where I thought to bring up a new idli in form of spicy idli.
Spicy idli was not just easy to make but went well for tiffin snacks too . It was light and still fulfilling hence I strongly recommend you for this spicy idli. Interesting aspect is that if you want it more green you can increase the coriander and add more colors to your spicy idli.
I had this spicy idli with some chaas to compensate the spicy flavor, well that’s just how I like my food but you can as well have it with fruit juice or hot tea/coffee. After all spicy idli is needs a complimentary partner too. So lets get into the recipe of spicy idli here.
