Poha Cheese Balls

Poha Cheese Balls was one of my interesting tries which actually got influenced by one of the groups I was part of. I added my own variation to these Poha Cheese Balls and they didn't turn me down.Now these Poha Cheese Balls were made in appe pan but you can as well deep fry or air fry them too.

My first try with Poha Cheese Balls turned out to be hit in family and it went with with green coriander chutney .Adding small cheese pieces in between the Poha Cheese Balls added the flavour. So crispy outside and soft and cheesy inside. You have to take care of seasonings otherwise I will lose the taste.

Poha Cheese Balls is easy to prepare and give a nice twist to your regular snacks.

Ingredients
  1. Poha: 2 cups
  2. Onion: 2 finely chopped
  3. Ginger paste: 1 tbsp
  4. Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
  5. Green Chilli: 1 chopped
  6. Carrot: 3 tbsp grated
  7. Boiled potato: 1 grated
  8. Cheese cubes: 10 small ‘1 cm ‘ cut pieces
  9. Salt: to taste
  10. Cumin powder: 1 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder: ½ tsp
  12. Garam masala: ½ tsp
  13. Mango powder: ½ tsp
  14. Oil: 2 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Soak poha in water and drain it and keep aside.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients together apart from oil and cheese and make small balls.
  3. Now stuff the cheese cubes inside the balls and make it even.
  4. Take an appe pan and cook these balls with little oil in them.
  5. Serve it with choiced dip or even ketchup.
