Adraki Gobhi

Adraki Gobhi is a quick fix cauliflower recipe with ginger dominant taste.

One of these days on twitter there was a #seedchallenge going by Mahindra Group and that's when they gave ginger as a ingredient. Now even if we leave Adraki Gobhi for a while ginger remains to be an important ingredient of our Indian cuisine. Adraki Gobhi was my super fast experiment which was made with leftovers in the refrigerator. The taste of ginger make Adraki Gobhi go very well with Dal and Roti.

Adraki Gobhi tastes best if slow cooked and the tangy Gobhi gets a beautiful taste too.Best part of Adraki Gobhi is that it can be replaced with Paneer or Aloo. So when in need to change the taste of your humble gobhi, its time for Adraki Gobhi.
