Muruku

Muruku, the name has its own sweetness. My daughter is at a stage where snack time is very appealing and not to miss the demands don't become less . Like any other mom, I have to be in continuous search of new recipes and one of those only, lead me to Muruku.
I didn't wanted to buy her the daily chips and snack packs from outside as unsure about the oil & preservatives used . Hence I decided to stock up some freshly home made snacks and Muruku came as an obvious choice.
This is rice flour Muruku or chakli. You can shape it in various forms like rings ( kodubale), Muruku ( chakli), ribbon shaped or maybe purely sev form and trust me it comes out great.

These crispy munchies once cooled can be packed in a air tight container and used for several days
