Tomato Bellpepper Spaghetti is one the easiest and fastest Pasta recipes I tried.
Interesting part about making pasta is the choice of Pasta you add . I could have made this with Penne pasta too but the Spaghetti happens to be my favorite, hence I tried this Tomato Bellpepper Spaghetti. In fact this recipe I tried on a weekday and not just that it was easy but hubby too was thrilled to have a surprise menu for dinner of Bell. All he did pulled out couple of coke cans and enjoyed every bit. So if you have been following my blog you would know I am blessed with a foodie family and that is just the right motivator for my experiments with ingredients.
So beauty of this recipe of Tomato Bellpepper Spaghetti is gets enhanced if you use different colors of bell pepper but you can as well use just one and enjoy the saucy spaghetti. So what are you waiting for , it’s time to get it cooking.
- Spaghetti: 50 gms boiled
- Onion: 1 chopped
- Tomato: 1 big and full ripe, pureed
- Garlic: 1 tbsp paste
- Pasta Sauce: 2 tbsp
- Milk: ½ cup
- Bell Pepper (red/green/yellow): 1 cup cut in strips
- Oregano seasoning: ¼ tsp
- Olive Oil: 1 tsp
- Heat Oil in a wok and sauté onions till they turn brown.
- Add tomato and garlic paste and cook till the raw smell goes away.
- Add pasta sauce and give it a good mix and then add the bell pepper strips.
- Now cook for 5 mins and then pour milk to make the sauce and cook for 2 mins.
- At this point mix the sauce with the spaghetti and serve hot.
