Interesting name. Isn’t it?
My son just loves eating this and infact he found it quite fascinating when I made it for the first time.I actually saw this recipe on internet long time back but didn’t know what to name it and that’s when my son gave it a name, Bread Nest.
Infact everyone else too found it quite interesting and now most of the times I am asked to make this instead of normal pizza. The best part is that you can make your own choiced filling for this Bread Nest. Using white bread and spreading the butter on both sides in Bread Nest will make it golden and crispy. You can replace it with brown bread too. However this should be served hot otherwise would lose its crispiness .You can add some cheese spread along with butter and sauce to use as base spread in the Bread Nest. Some vegetables like mushroom, eggplant and blanced spinach would add more flavors to your Bread Nest.
