Besan Cubes2

Now here comes another family recipe!!

So Besan Cubes is something which my husband’s grand father loved and hence this was added in the bucket list of my ‘To Learn’ recipes. Not only it is easy but also can be used as a starter or even a main course with choiced gravy. The one shared here is the starter recipe and it in itself has been lip smacking. Infact Besan Cubes are quite popular in north indian households especially if you go down to the small towns.

Besan Cubes are simply made out by making a thick layer of cooked Besan and then cut into choiced shapes. I prefer cutting in cubes while you can have your own shapes to add more delight. This one was my first attempt and I felt good when my Mom in Law gave thumbs up for it. J
