Papaya is supposedly very good for people who have stomach issues and since it has been recommended to my mom-in-law, I mostly try to keep adding it in my recipes in a way or two. Before Papaya Kofta I also tried my hands on Papaya Halwa which offcourse was quite loved by viewers. So when over a weekend I had to try some Kofta’s , I tried of making Papaya Kofta in a little different gravy. The gravy here used for Papaya Kofta has peanut powder, however you can use cashew or even poppy seeds. Peanut gives a nutty and granular texture to the gravy and also enhances the taste of the gravy.
Gravy is purely your choice however I like it this way and adding some interesting ingredients makes it’s just too delicious.
