Gobhi Ki Kheer

The good thing about this blog is that now everyone around me loves to share his/her recipe. And so good to have my friends pinging me on watsapp with recipe snap shots while some send their cook books and some more actually make food and click pictures too for me. Isn’t that a great feeling to have such lovely friends? However I was most touched when my mother in law who was visiting us in Mumbai promised to share her secret, tried and tested recipes with me. Now what more can I ask for than the legacy of taste coming from her. So as I would gradually publish all her suggested recipes, I thought to begin with Gobhi Ki Kheer.

Now I had Bottle Gourd Kheer and Carrot Kheer but never had tasted Gobhi Ki Kheer but only when I made one, I realized why my husband always referred about it. All I can say it’s a healthy replacement for Rabri and not just it is simple but equally delicious. So next time when you plan to make some sweet, try Gobhi Ki Kheer and enjoy every bit of it.
