Sprouts Paneer

The other day I wanted to cook something different again and that’s when I tried Sprouts Paneer.

Well since the time I have started Recipe Dabba cooking has become very interesting. Now I keep looking and researching for combinations which we mostly don’t cook and its interesting how these combinations make the plain food so exciting.

Recently I was looking around for ingredients to add in Paneer when I thought to add Moong sprouts and though it was an experiment after considering couple of similar recipes online, I was surprised how creamy paneer went so well with cruncy sprounts. Sprouts Paneer came out as one of my interesting take aways from my kitchen where health and taste none are compromised.
