Yes my master disaster has extra fondness for cottage cheese akka Paneer. Thanks to his craze that I have learned so many ways to prepare Paneer. Paneer Tawa Masala is one such dish. It is quite a popular dish in Indian restaurants and you would be amazed to see how everywhere it tastes different.

I had to try this recipe and finally after reading couple of them I decided the take a rather mixed flow and see how it comes out. With time cooking makes you more comfortable with your instincts and I just did a fab job here. So you have to try this to believe me. Paneer Tawa Masala can be just had without gravy as well as with gravy depending on your choice. So come let’s try
