I have prepared Paneer Bhurji many times and infact it’s the easiest Paneer dish too. However this Methi Paneer Bhurji has little twist both in taste and preparation. I learned it from Food Food channel and my first reaction was ..Wow its simple. Most of my cooking is inspired by Food Food channel and infact it’s quite interesting that how sometimes they create magic with minimum ingredients.
Anything which is simple yet tasty needs to be on Recipe Dabba, so I tried this recipe and must say it came out well. You would enjoy it with plain parathas. The catch is not to chop the Methi leaves but use them as it is and use more onions than Methi leaves. Onions help cut the bitterness of Methi but enhance the flavor. Methi Paneer Bhurji has the rich and creamy taste of Paneer, pungency of ginger garlic and milk gives it a consistent body with added taste. So why try simple Paneer Bhurji when you can make Methi Paneer Bhurji
