Mango Icecream

Mango IcecreamI have a family who is obsessed with Natural’s Ice Cream and that to as much that every weekend we end up visiting the store to taste the latest flavors. Off course staying in Mumbai means that we can enjoy icecream entire year but summers are something special..yes Mango!!

Mango icecream is my son’s favorite and you dare not ask him to share this Mango icecream. So this summers when I thought to try out my hands on homemade icecream ,Mango was a natural choice. However since I was trying it for the first time I was myself not sure how would it turn but the outcome was just exactly the way Amul icecream would taste which probably is because I used all the Amul ingredients. So the best part is that all you have to do is make simple vanilla icecream and once its half frozen you need to mix your choiced flavors. Ill soon share more but right now you should definitely try this Mango Icecream.
