When cooking is all about loving!!

Do you really have an option to ignore Italian food if your son demands Pasta every second day.Not to miss that husband too echo his thoughts if not daily atleast once a week. So penne Pasta had been a clear pick for the family till one of my friends Juhi Sakujha shared this super easy and extremely delicious recipe of Spaghetti in Mushroom Sauce.

I was not sure initially but only when its flavor took me to the other world I could just thank her enough for suggesting me something my husband and son relished to the core. However I asked her if I can avoid cream and later realized that it would have been a blunder to do so for cream gave the sauce base for the Pasta/Spaghetti. Also the creaminess I am a great fan of recipes which require minimum effort and give you maximum praise J.

Ingredients
  1. Spaghetti or any pasta: 250gms
  2. Mushrooms: 250gms sliced
  3. Cream: 1 cup
  4. Black pepper:1tsp
  5. Garlic: 1tbsp chopped
  6. Olive oil: ½ tsp
  7. Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
  8. Italian seasoning: 1tsp
  9. Cheese: grated 1 tbsp
  10. Salt: as per taste
Instructions
  1. Boil water with salt and add spaghetti in it. Once its done sieve spaghetti but retain the water.
  2. In a wok add garlic and once it turns brown add sliced mushroom.
  3. Saute mushroom till its cooked and add salt, black pepper.
  4. Now add the cream and also the water from the spaghetti.
  5. Add Italian seasoning and chilli flakes and grated cheese and cook the sauce till its has good thick consistency.
  6. On a serving plate put boiled spaghetti and pour mushroom sauce and serve hot.
