Do you know what is ‘circle of life’?

My mom always tried different ways to make me eat Bhindi which I kept rejecting and then now my son is simply following his mom’s steps. Now that I know what my mom went through and having been on the other side some already I can relate to my kids taste bud. Offcourse the slimy Bhindi was never a favorite and it looked quite unappealing as a dish. Kids mostly want food which not just tastes good but looks good too. This is where I worked on adding more face value to my Bhindi along with some additional nutrition.

Oats Bhindi is just another version of crispy Bhindi with added ingredients to add the healthy quotient .However its one dish which saved me from any nagging for food and offcourse was equally enjoyed by my husband. I generally prefer to give some Marination time to Bhindi with masalas mixed before frying them as it enhances the taste of Oats Bhindi. Now this is an ideal addition to your lunch menu with Oats Bhindisome dal and rice.

But here is the best part of the recipe..Its quick and doesn’t need much ingredients . So don’t think twice before trying this crispy Oats Bhindi
