I remember while I was a kid, whenever we had any dinner party at our place Paneer was a must add to the menu and I would sneak into the kitchen just to get my hand on the fried pieces of Paneer. They off-course tasted yummy with tomato ketchup. Now that’s another recipe for some other day but lets now talk about ‘Paneer Khatta Meetha’. So this dish had a very interesting story and it goes one day while I wanted to eat paneer my husband was in no mood to settle with Matar Paneer. He thought of confusing me more by saying you can eat Paneer if I get something sweet but tangy and still spicy. Now I was adamant of eating Paneer but I had to make something as per his wish too, so after some quick research we had this delicious outcome.Paneer Khatta Meeta is not just creamy and yummy but extremely easy to and not to forget quite a favorite amongst kids if served with hot Puris.
