Ingredients
  1. Chapatis:2
  2. Onion: 1 chopped
  3. Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
  4. Green chillies: 1 shoppe
  5. Carrot: 1/2 cup chopped
  6. French beans : 1/2 cup chopped
  7. Cauliflower: 1/2 chopped
  8. Soya granules: 1/2 cup soaked and washed
  9. Black pepper:1/2 tsp
  10. Oregano: 1/2 tsp
  11. Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
  12. Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp
  13. Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp chopped
  14. Lemon juice: 1 tsp
  15. Salt: to taste
  16. Oil: 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, chillies and then ginger garlic paste.
  2. Blanch all the vegetables and add in the pan and cook for 2 mins with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add squeezed soya granules into the pan and tomato sauce with some oregano and cook covered.
  4. Give it a a good mix and add lemon juice and coriander.
  5. Take a chapati and keep the mixture on the roti and make a roll.
  6. Pack the powder roll for lunch boxes and tiffins and let your family enjoy every bite.
