Idli Chaat!!
Yes, you heard it right this is Idli Chaat and just tastes as good as an original chaat. However this has its own healthy touch of no oil and which makes it a repeat item in my menu.
So one of these days when I had left over idlis from breakfast I thought of making something interesting for lunch and that's when Idli Chaat stuck me. I thought of making it first for myself and then serving it to family later. Reason is I didn't wanted to give them another reason to make faces while eating Idli and Idli Chaat sounded too much for the start.
But once I plated my Idli Chaat , I was sure that I have nailed it.Idli Chaat turned out to be yummier than I thought and made fulfilling lunch too. In evening when served to family it was an instant hit and not to mention I kept wondering how come I never thought about this recipe of Idli Chaat earlier.
