Who doesn't love chaat and when its Cracker Chaat you will fall in love with it.
This recipe of Cracker Chaat is my contribution to the series of #HeCooks where the intent is to share easy recipes which men or bachelors can cook for themselves or family and add more sunshine. So while I was thinking of some interesting recipes I thought of making this quick fix Cracker Chaat which is super healthy and loaded with taste. Infact though initially , I wasn't sure till my family couldn't even make out the difference between the original and Cracker Chaat.
You wouldn't find an Indian who doesn't like chat. It's an Indian street food which has its own regional touch across the country but off-course most of them are too high on calories. So that's when I decided to use my favorite Crackers to makes Cracker Chaat and its tasted super yum. The crispy crackers substituted the original papdi and mixed well with the combination of chutneys and curd. However the only catch is to serve it immediately as the crackers tend to soak curd faster and become mushy unlike deep fried papdi. So what are you waiting for..lets start cooking this Cracker Chaat and add more surprise.
