Veg Oats Toast, doesn't it look yummy? Well I asked on my social media to guess the ingredients and many people came up saying it has Mayonnaise.

Pat comes the reply chees spread..NO!! Its Oats spread...What? No...It wouldn't taste good.

Well you would love me for this recipe is all I can say. While a friend wasn't sure about what all she can make with Oats and that's when I pitched in. This Veg Oats Toast is one fulfilling breakfast recipe and can be used as an appetiser too..C'mon give it a try..its nice!!

Ingredients
  1. Wholewheat bread: 2 pieces toasted
  2. Oats: 1 tbsp dry roasted
  3. Hung curd: 1 tbsp
  4. Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt: as per taste
  6. Garlic powder: 1/4 tsp
  7. Sunflower seeds: 1/2 tsp
  8. Almonds powder: 1 tsp
  9. Milk: 1 tbsp if needed
  10. Bell pepper: 2 tbsp finely chooped
  11. Tomato: 1 tbsp finely chooped
  12. Garlic: 1/2 tsp finely chopped
  13. Onions: 1 tbsp finely chopped
  14. Olive oil: 1 tsp
  15. Oregano: 1/2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Saute garlic and onions in olive oil and add bell pepper with some salt and pepper and tomatoes and cook for just 30 secs and keep aside.
  2. In a mixer add oats, hung curd, salt, pepper, almonds , garlic powder, sunflower seeds and make a paste.
  3. You can add more hungcurd and milk if the paste is too sticky.
  4. Adjust seasoning and then spread this on the bread.
  5. Top the bread with the vegetables, sunflower seeds and oregano and serve.
