Ingredients
  1. Whole Wheat Bread: 2 toasted
  2. Pav Bhaaji: 4 tbsp
  3. Hung Curd: 2 tbsp
  4. Fresh Paneer: 1 tsp
  5. Lemon Juice: 1/2 tsp
  6. Honey: 1/2 tsp
  7. Tomato ketchup: 1/2 tbsp
  8. Cheese Slice: 1 (Optional)
  9. Green Chutney: 1 tsp
  10. Salt: as per taste
Instructions
  1. First make a fine paste of Pav Bhaaji and then mix paneer into it an again run the mixer for seconds.
  2. Take this out in a bowl and gradually mix the hung curd into it.
  3. Adjust the salt as per taste and add lemon juice and honey too.
  4. Cut the wheat toast into small square and the cheese slices too.
  5. Put a layer of green chutney and then a cheese slice (optional).
  6. Next is put the pav bhaaji flavored dip and a drop of ketchup.
  7. You can also garnish it with some coriander if you wish and serve.
