And as we post another amazing recipe from the Baking Champ series with Overnderful Moms Baker Community, trust me you would fall in love with this smiling little chef here. She is just adorable and cookie offcourse will seem more yummier now.

#CookwithRD With my almost 3 year old (turning 3 next week ?) Miss Hasini who loves to bake with me. She helps me in mixing flours, mixing with whisk and kneading little bit with her tiny hands.

Here we are baking Eggless Millet cookies ?. I baked these for the first time last week and it was super hit at my home so baked again with my daughter today.

I kept all the ingredients ready in bowls and gave her the instructions and she followed. Only the shaping part she wasn’t able to do and I took over then.

It’s eggless and I have used organic cane sugar and a mix of Ragi and Jowar flour. You can try with any millet flour.

Recipe for Millet cookies:

Ragi flour – 1/2 cup
Jowar/Cholam flour – 1/2 cup
Salt – A pinch
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract – 1/4 tsp
Organic Cane sugar – 1/2 cup
Milk – 2 tbspn

Bake at 330 F for 10 mins and allow it to cool down. Cookies are soft when they are out of the oven but they get hard when cooled down.

Enjoy these Millet cookies with a glass of milk as evening snack
