Here is something interesting from my Recipe Dabba. Now this is what I tried when I was trying to experiment with super healthy flour Buckwheat, also popularly known as Kuttu Ka Atta. While many eat this flour during the fasting, hardly people try it as a regular meal add on. Now its important that our meal should be holistic and we should have varieties of grains, flour and oils and that why I had this Idli Chat experiment with Buckwheat.

It isn;t difficult to prepare and the idli chat gives it a nice appeal and add to making it a meal in itself. You can only love this recipes and I can bet you must be thinking of trying it if till not now!!
