Flaxseeds have been part of my daily diet for long now, and these days I thought to get little more innovative with them. Using powdered flax seeds in a spread makes life little on exiting and breakfast more appealing. The nutty flavour combined with all the other help to make the spread tastier.

So you can have a open toast or can use it as a sandwich. Infact adding some fillings would make it wholesome. My family loves this spread and I can let them have this as much as they want without guilt and that is the beauty of this healthy spread. Use it with baked chips , fries and love it more.

Ingredients
  1. Bread slices: 2 toasted
  2. Hung curd: 1 tbsp
  3. Oregano: 1/2 tsp
  4. Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  5. Garlic powder: 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt: as per taste
  7. Onions: chopped
  8. Flax seeds: 1 tsp powdered
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together apart from bread and make a smooth paste.
  2. Spread it on bread and sprinkle some black pepper and flax seeds powder too.
  3. Enjoy this nutritious toast with green tea.
