You know its a mom's blog if she keeps talking about tiffin recipes and this Green and Red Vegetable Roll is one of those attempts which became a new favorite too. I have a peculiar likeliness towards roll and more so because they are so handy plus are easy to make. 

Another reason why I love rolls like Green and Red Vegetable Roll, for the simple reason that they fit for school as well as office breaks. Imagine the time saved!! Now if you look into it , it has the required nutrition though in a different manner and that it what makes these Green and Red Vegetable Roll even more appealing. Now coming to Green and Red Vegetable Roll , these are not just riot of colors but flavours too. Each bite is yummier than the previous ones and you can't say no to it.

Ingredients
  1. Whole wheat flour: 1 cup
  2. Spinach puree: 3 tbsp
  3. Beetroot : 2 tbsp boiled and grated
  4. Garlic: 1 tsp chopped + 1 tsp grated
  5. French beans: 2 tbsp chopped
  6. Carrot: 2 tbsp chopped
  7. Paneer: 2 tbsp grated
  8. Kitchen king masala: 1/2 tsp
  9. Lemon juice: 1 tsp
  10. Milk: 1/4 cup
  11. Curd: 2 tbsp
  12. Oil: 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt: as per taste
Instructions
  1. Cook beetroot with some garlic and a drop of oil in a pan and add some salt and keep aside.
  2. Now knead flour with salt, curd, garlic paste and puree and cover it and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in pan and saute few garlic pieces and then add vegetables to cook with some salt and kitchen king masala.
  4. Once its done add grated paneer and some milk and let it cook evenly for few minutes.Add lemon juice and let it cool down,
  5. Now make a roti out of spinach dough and cook both sides.
  6. Evenly spread the beet spread and then keep the vegetables on one side and roll it tightly.
  7. Its ready to be served as you enjoy the fulfilling nutrition in your favorite roll.
