Vegetable Multigrain Sauce Sandwich is one of my accidental recipes. I offcourse was making something which midway turned into these Vegetable Multigrain Sauce Sandwich. These Vegetable Multigrain Sauce Sandwich are a super yummy tiffin snacks and are quite fulfilling too. You can pack all the goodness in your lunch box and relax as it gets finished everyday.

This Vegetable Multigrain Sauce Sandwich is a full food with vegetables and cereals all combined and just packing some butter milk will leave no scope untouched. My son loved sandwiches and I am fond of adding vegetables in whatever he eats. These Vegetable Multigrain Sauce Sandwich are my perfect answer for this.

Ingredients
  1. Bread Slices: 4
  2. Oats powder: 2 tsp
  3. Ragi powder: 1 tsp
  4. Milk: 1/2 cup
  5. Cheese: 1 tbsp grated
  6. Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
  7. Oregano seasonings: 1/2 tsp
  8. Basil seasonings: 1/2 tsp
  9. Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt: as per taste
  11. Zucchini: 2 tbsp chopped
  12. Broccoli: 3 florets finely chopped
  13. Garlic: 1 tbsp chopped
  14. Olive oil: 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Dry roast both ragi and oats together and then put off the flame.
  2. Now add milk, garlic powder, pepper, seasonings and mix it well.
  3. Now cook it till its thick and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil and saute garlic and then vegetables with some pepper and salt.
  5. Now mix these vegetables in the sauce.
  6. Take the bread slices and spread this mixture and toast the sandwich on the pan and serve hot.
