Basil Paneer Stir Fry is a super fast and equally yummy recipe. Well if it wasn't , I wouldn't have blogged for it. Interesting thing is not all my experiments are superb but its only the good ones who qualify uptill here.So the other day when I bought some exotic vegetable, couldn't stop myself from adding some paneer with flavor of garlic.
Basil Paneer Stir Fry is mixed vegetables cooked in simple seasonings and that not just makes it interesting but also super yum and highly nutritious. Basil Paneer Stir Fry is combination of Paneer with basil sauce and vegetables, which doesn't take much time either. You can team this up with some garlic bread or some simple chapati roll. - Paneer: 100 gms cut in cubes
- Zucchini: Cut in dices
- Broccoli: 2 cups blanched
- Mushroom: 1/2 diced
- Cherry Tomatoes: 6-7 cut in halves
- Basil leaves: 9-10
- Salt: as per taste
- Coriander stalks: 1 tbsp chopped
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- Garlic : 4-5 cloves chopped
- Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil: 1 1/2 tsp
- Make a paste of basil leaves , 1/2 tsp oil and garlic cloves.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, coriander stalks and then add all the diced and blanched vegetables.
- Add basil paste and salt and cook for a minute.
- Add paneer cubes and toss them all well.
- Now add black pepper and lemon juice and serve hot.
