Ingredients
  1. Steamed Rice: 2 cups
  2. Garlic: 1 tbsp chopped
  3. Spinach: 6-7 leaves
  4. Peas: 1/2 cup
  5. Broccoli: 1/2 cup florets
  6. Onions: 1/2 cup sliced
  7. Oil: 1 tbsp
  8. Salt: to taste
  9. Black pepper : 1 tsp freshly crushed
  10. Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Caramalise onions and keep aside.
  2. Blanch spinach, peas and broccoli for 5 mins and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil and saute garlic and add 1/2 of the caramelized onions.
  4. Add all the sauted veggies with chopped spinach too and mix salt and black pepper.
  5. Now mix steamed rice , adjust seasonings and add cinnamon powder and cook for 3-4 mins and serve hot.
