Ingredients
  1. Garlic bread: 4 slices
  2. Zucchini: 1 chopped
  3. Tomato: 1 de-seeded and chopped
  4. Shallots: 1/2 cup
  5. Garlic: 5 cloves finely chopped
  6. Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilli flakes: 1/4 tsp
  9. Basil leaves: 2
  10. Oregano seasonings: 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt: as per taste
  12. Cheese: 1/2 tsp
  13. Olive oil: 1/2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Heat oil and saute garlic with shallots.
  2. Saute zucchini and tomato with some salt and all the other seasonings.
  3. Toast the garlic bread and add the vegetables on top of it.
  4. Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
