Last week we went SodaBottleOpenerwala and that's where we ordered it. I found it simple to adapt in a healthy way and add to me blog. Infact it came out just the way I wanted and tasted as great.

My family loved it as much and the mushroom broccoli sauce rocked more than anything else. Now the half fry off-course was cherry on the cake. Ingredients
  1. Egg :1
  2. Burger Bun: 1
  3. Mushrooms: 1 cup sliced
  4. Broccoli: 1/2 cup florets
  5. Garlic: 1 tbsp chopped
  6. Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
  7. Basil: 1/4 tsp
  8. Rosemary : 1/4tsp
  9. Milk: 1/2 cup
  10. Salt: as per taste
  11. Olive oil: 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Heat 1/2 tsp oil and saute garlic and then add mushrooms and broccoli and cook for a minute.
  2. Add all the seasonings and cook for another minute.
  3. Now add milk and let most of it evaporate and then keep it aside.
  4. Adjust seasonings if required.
  5. Toast the bun and keep it on the serving plate.
  6. Now break the egg and make a half fry egg in a small pan ( I use mini uttapam pan for this).
  7. Spread the mushroom and broccoli sauce and then the half fry and serve hot.
