pav-bhaaji-burger

Pav Bhaaji Burger is my way to making otherwise deep fried and loaded with potato burger some shades healthier. Pav Bhaaji Burger is also a great replacement of regular Pav Bhaaji. This burger is a healthy way of packing goodness of green vegetables in your lunch boxes and kids would love to finish this before you would know.

You can alternatively bake these and make them more crispier without deep frying. Pav Bhaaji Burger has its own taste and its own bites and with mini burger buns it is handy to serve in your parties and birthdays. You can also add some soya granules to add more protein content and some sweet potato to make it even more tasty.
