gajar-dessert

Gajar Halwa Dessert is an interesting fusion of custard with of the most loved sweet dishes.Infact not everyone likes to touch the original taste of Gajar Halwa but this dessert makes it just too tempting. The most interesting is that the taste mixed with custard and then chilled together makes this Gajar Halwa Dessert too good to taste.

Infact I made this Gajar Halwa Dessert in a ring but this can be set in a bowl too and then the layers would open as a surprise. Infact serve it some hot chocolate for some more amazing taste and let people love the marriage of different tastes together.
