olive-cucumber-raitaOlive Cucumber Raita is one of the most interesting twists in regular raitas which I have tried.Infact if you follow my blog you would realised that I have posted many raita recipes. However this Olive Cucumber Raita in particular was inspired because I had bottle full of olives and I wanted to finish them before they go bad. So I had planned northindian menu for Sunday lunch and then I thought of replacing regular raita with Olive Cucumber Raita.

Infact I was too skeptical about it initially but olives in yoghurt give a nice flavour and if you are open to experiments this Olive Cucumber Raita wouldn't make you regret for sure. Infact my husband found this Olive Cucumber Raita appetizing as a salad. So here lets move to the recipe of Olive Cucumber Raita.
