garlic-dosaEveryone in my family loves dosa and this Garlic Dosa was a good treat to them on sunday morning. Now I dread to make anything which consumes more than 30 mins in the kitchen. So while I was all set to make some dosa for the breakfast, suddenly saw some coconut and that's when I thought to using it with garlic to give a nice and subtle flavor to Garlic Dosa. To my extreme delight it turned out crispy and everyone loved it.

Now that my son loves carrying dosa in lunch box , this is another addition to his menu when I want to make his tiffin tastier and healthier with goodness of coconut and garlic. So Garlic Dosa can be filled with your own choiced filling , I however like to keep it easy and simple and that's why kept it plain.
