channa-chatChanna Chaat was on the menu which my better half shared with me over whatsapp, just so I know what he was having. Ya apart from making me feel left out it did give me an idea to try out something new..and this new was Channa Chaat. Just this how my Cracker Chaat was a simple recipe this Channa Chaat turned out to be another quick fix and favorite of mine. If you have been following my blog then would know about my knack towards healthy chaats and this Idli Chaat is another such twist to regular ones.

Coming to Channa Chaat the taste gets enhanced if you cook it the way explained in the recipe but incase you are in hurry just carry boiled ones with all the other things in a box. However speaking about short cut even if you try simply the cooked version without the salad and yoghurt add on,. trust me it would taste equally great. So don't wait, go soak the channa and enjoy this awesome Channa Chaat today itsefl.
