Boondi in OatsBoondi in Oats is my easy version of Banarasi rabri and adding boondi just made it heavenly.

Since most of my recipes have a tinge of health , I tried to maintain the healthy content by adding oats in skimmed milk . As this cools oats make milk thick and this 'Boondi in Oats' tastes just great. Boondi in Oats also happens to be quick fix and then adding boondi to this 'Boondi in Oats' just makes its taste as rich as original.

Boondi in Oats happens to be my family's favorite and being from up north the name itself makes all of us drool. So when the other day, I was buying some groceries happened to visit this Bengali Sweet store and the look of Boondi just tempted me enough to buy some for making Boondi in Oats.
