Radish Raita

Radish Raita was one of my another first tries which was a hit in my family of three. Uptill now you would have realized that I am very fond of raitas and this Radish Raita is one of the top contenders in my list of favorites. Raitas give an added definition to our daily menu and this Radish Raita tends to add more nutrition with enough crunch too.

Well in a way I am blessed to have people who love my experiments and my attempt of Radish Raita was treated with a smile. So no matter how odd it might sound intially Radish Raita was much loved dish and I can recommend you to give it a try for sure. Also you can use pink radish to give some color contrast too.
