Kaale Chane ki Sabzi is simple to make and tastes good too.
Infact Kaale Chane ki Sabzi takes me back to my childhood days when it use to be a regular at our place and I have been in love with it since then. However as we grew more fond of other food some of our old favorites went back to the shelves, Kaale Chane ki Sabzi was one such food. So while we all love Kaale Chane ki Sabzi still it isn't a regular food at our place and that's why I decided to make Kaale Chane ki Sabzi for dinner one day.
My family was pleasantly surprised to and they offcourse loved it on a bed of steamed rice. Infact I used channa masala but you can use any garam masala and it would taste great. However what added flavour was that I retained the water from the boiled channa and added it in the gravy. Then another twist was to add paneer , now you can add fried/grilled paneer too , I however added simple marinated paneer cubes and they just enhanced the flavours.
