Onion Potato Raita

Onion potato raita was another one of the first tries.

I had made onion raita and potato raita separately but never tried the combination and must say that two together took the Onion potato raita  to next level. Though it might sound very simple, which it is but the taste is much beyond the word ordinary. Adding minty flavor to Onion potato raita gives it more varied taste and my family simply loved this one. You can keep the spices as per your taste and enjoy the crunchy onions and soft potatoes in Onion potato raita.

Infact it is this combination which make it very interesting and worth trying. So next time you are looking for raita recipes , I would urge you to try out this Onion potato raita for sure.
